2018 – Bodega built for supplies; custom cement bird feeder and cement steps constructed for safe access to the stone trails; first fruit trees for the Food Forest planted as well as numerous palm trees and hedges along the top bank; Safe Room constructed and added steel rods to cover windows therein; constructed outdoor shower; constructed a steel/plexiglass awning over the main entrance to prevent water hitting the wood door and added glass between the posts for extra protection.

2019 – expanded plants and Food Forest; replaced sliding doors on all doors with heavier and more secure locking systems; commissioned a local artist for the electrical service column just outside of the entry gate; covered bases of the patio poles with ceramic tile to enhance appearance; replaced entire roof with heavier gauge metal sheets for wind and rain protection.

2021 – constructed the wall running alongside the driveway to prevent any erosion; constructed cement run-off ditches as an erosion deterrent; added to the Food Forest.

2022 – constructed the bodega to house the mulching equipment and mulch storage; redesigned the steel main-entry gate and added an emergency side access door (in the event of an electrical outage); repainted the left side of the home due to excessive weathering from storm and sealed windows.

2023 – Installed whole-house water filtration system.
