This is a lovely Spanish style home, privately gated in a desirable established community. There are two large bedrooms each with their own bathroom, and a half-bath for your guests. The Great Room opens up to a covered private patio with a wonderful tree lined view of the lake. The open concept continues into the kitchen and dining room. All the woodwork is solid, from the doors to all cabinets, with many special little touches that were done by a artesian wood worker. The current owners have truly enjoyed the privacy and serenity of this home, and have never placed it on the rental market.

You are just a few minutes from Nuevo Arenal, a wonderful village of about 4000 residents. There is a wonderful mix of locals and foreigners from around the world. There are several small grocery shops, and an amazing mix of delicious restaurants to choose from. Nuevo Arenal truly is a beautiful place to call home. We are only about 1.5 hours from the International Airport in Liberia. Tilaran, which is considered our municipality, is only about a 30 min scenic drive along the lake.

No matter which home you pick, Nuevo Arenal is a great place to live. We have clean air, and sparkling tap water and never-ending beautiful views of Lake Arenal, jungle landscaping, Volcan Arenal and so much more. Many of the residents have found their passion, whether volunteering, hobbies or just relaxing and taking in the magnificent nature.
